Staff was very helpful and kind, helped us change our room when I accidentally booked a smoking room.

the hotel is on the east side of train station, quiet area compare to west side, but easy access to shops and restaurants just across train station, free parking on site, complimentary breakfast, not alot of choices but good enough to start a day.

Location was great, near the JR station. The amenities were amazing. The hot springs are very relaxing.

Great accommodation

The Staff were very friendly. But the room smelled like cigarettes I had to open the window when I first arrived to air out the room.

The room was a lot smaller than expected, but the fact that it was right beside the station was a bonus

Basic hotel. Nothing special but clean and efficient and priced right. Decent breakfast as well. Staff all very efficient and courteous.

A nice city center location. Parking the rental car was a bit stressful, but it was safely tucked away in a garage. The breakfast was quite delicious. The beds were extremely firm, but overall everything was nice and tidy.
